Film and Media Arts senior awards show wraps up the year

As filming wraps up for the seniors' narrative projects, so does their college experience. The 2024 school year has been coming to a close, and seniors in the Taylor University film and media arts major put the finishing touches on their narrative film projects and cobbled together a reel highlighting their various projects over the years.

Rupp building vandalized with fire extinguisher

Vandals have struck the halls of the Rupp Communication Arts building.During the night of March 29, one or multiple people entered the building, pulled a fire extinguisher from the wall and sprayed its contents through various sections of Rupp and parts of the Smith-Hermanson Music building.

OIP introduces new faculty member

Taylor University’s Office of Intercultural Programs (OIP) has hired its newest member. Tia Cavanaugh-Goggans was brought on as the director of intercultural initiatives and programs for the OIP before the 2023-24 school year. She was taken through a lengthy interview process and officially started her new position on Oct. 2.
