The women's cross country team keeps climbing in the NAIA national rankings. The Trojans now stand at No. 10 in the nation (the team's highest ranking in school history).
A second place finish at Pre-Nationals helped the Trojans jump up in the standings. Freshman Hannah Schroder has been leading the way for Taylor with a flurry of high finishes while junior Allison Steinbeck recorded the fastest time in school history at Pre-Nationals. Her fastest time of the season by 49 seconds, Steinbeck finished 10th with a time of 18:50.72.
Steinbeck earned the Crossroads League Runner of the Week honors following her impressive performance.
Taylor will be running this weekend as they look to defend their top-1o ranking against a host of teams at the Greak Lakes Invite on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 11 a.m.
