The men's soccer team ended their contest with Indiana Tech in a 1-1 draw Wednesday night.
The Trojans jumped out to an early 1-0 lead when Nate West finished a shot from about 10 yards on a counter-attack in the 11th minute. The Trojan defense was solid throughout most of the contest as the back line and junior goalkeeper Michael Williams nearly held on for a shutout.
In the 72nd minute, Indiana Tech's Zach St. Aubin finished off a cross from Adam Knight to knot the game at 1-1. Neither team could capitalize with a game-winner and the OT periods ended in a 1-1 draw. Williams recorded nine saves.
The Trojans will be in action again on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at home against Madonna University.
