This is fear.” These are the words of a worried Captain America in “The Winter Soldier.” A man out of time, Cap doesn’t quite know how to handle America’s growing emphasis on security over freedom. It’s a concern shared by many in today’s world, and it’s what helps make this superhero sequel stand out from the crowd. Along with above-average acting, a tight plot and some superb action sequences, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is another winner from Marvel Studios.
